Hello

My name is Brenda Seabolt-Grasjo. I grew up sensing and seeing things that cannot be explained. But, it wasn’t until 2005 that I asked myself “Why am I here, what is my purpose in life?” Thus began my journey of overcoming my fear of “seeing” again. I started with a meditation class. When I would meditate my hands would begin to tingle and burn. So I asked, what am I to do with my hands? I began to explore different energy healing techniques and was led to Reiki where I completed my Reiki Master training over the course of a couple of years. When I was living in Sweden I attended a meditation circle. While at a meditation one evening the women were discussing Reconnective Healing. As soon as I heard it I felt a deep pull to go to the training and completed this training in Norway in 2012. 
Over time, my energy work has evolved into something that is neither one thing or another. It is a culmination of all of the things that I have learned over the years as well as using intuition and guidance. People ask me what energy work is and where it comes from. It is always hard to explain. It depends on the client on the table and what their spiritual beliefs are and what they need. Sometimes it comes through as Reiki energy which can be explained as a calming and gentle energy flow that comes into the body. Other times other energy comes in to assist in the healing work. This can come in the form of the clients guardian angels, religious figures, and our helpers on the other side. I can “see” or sense in the body where there is stuck energy or stuck trauma and be the conduit to assist in the release of this energy. I am honored to be a part of each life that crosses my path and I get really excited when I see people doing the work on themselves to heal and grow. 

I can’t wait to discuss to healing and ways that we can heal the lineage of ancestral trauma that is often passed down from generation to generation. I am excited to share my stories from the healing table.
