This is Brenda Sue here and it has been some time since I sat down to write a newsletter. I sat with my guides this morning to ask for guidance on the collective need right now and as I do from time to time, I felt guided to pick an oracle card to pull my message from. I felt very drawn to The Shaman’s Dream Oracle by Alberto Villoldo and Colette Baron-Reid. I pulled the Skywriting card, or the fates card. The message in the guidebook talks about destiny and how some things are fated to be in your life. I believe that there are certain experiences that you are meant to have when you come into this life and then there are things that we can choose to experience based on the choices we make.
For the last several months I keep pulling cards about making a choice. Okay spirit, I get that, I can feel that there is some choice to be made but I have absolutely no earthly idea what they are yet. Is this in regards to my work life, personal life, family? I mean, spirit, if you could just drop a breadcrumb so I know exactly what I need to look at and then give me a blueprint on how to proceed. Come on ya’ll, you know that there are times in our lives when we wish someone would just tell us what to do instead of having to make decisions. I feel like there are many of us at this “fork in the road” in our lives and it is time to either level up or stay in what is comfortable and choose not to grow. That comfort of the known is oh so tempting but there is no growth in staying where you are. I have been getting the message to start a YouTube channel and have done the research on starter equipment and have looked at the YouTube channel but I am holding myself back. Why? Lots of things pop into the mind, fear of failure, no one is going to watch my ramblings, oh my god, look at all of my wrinkles, lol…and the list of excuses could go on and on. What do I have to offer that is of any significant value to the world? Honestly, we all have our own unique imprint and value that we offer to someone, even if it is just a handful of people that you connect with, then maybe that is your destiny. In the guidebook it stated to see your life as a series of opportunities instead of obstacles. Even if you do follow your destiny, it will not be all diamonds and gold, but that is will be perfect in its imperfection. A friend of mine sent me a YouTube video of a channeling with Bashar. A woman asked a question about what was holding her back, and she answered herself by saying “I’m just waiting for the shoe to drop” at which Bashar replied, “so what, what if it is raining shoes.” I was thinking, right! What if things don’t work the way you think they will, so what?! What did I learn from each of those situations and how did I pick myself back up again and try it a different way. If we could just see this life as a place to experiment instead of buying into the idea that we might fail, and then what? Will people look down on us? Then what? We have the opportunity to try whatever we want and experience failure and successes. So what if it rains the proverbial shoe? So what…..So go try the thing and see what happens, if we don’t are we not just wasting the time we have in these bodies that allow us to experiment?
I love you guys! I’ll see you in YouTube land, maybe it will be a huge success and maybe it will be a dismal failure but I will have tried!
